FROM NETSCAPE: To download binaries, right click on your mouse and select
"Save Link as..."

FROM INTERNET EXPLORER: rightclick and select "Save target as..." 

Note: I found that  CSO.ppt was corrupted by downloading with NETSCAPE but
was uncorrupted  using INTERNET EXPLORER.
